The gallery has been representing the estate of the painter Jean Criton since 2022 :
Biography of Jean Criton (1930-2022).
Beginning his career in 1947, he entered Académie Charpentier, where he befriended Bernard Réquichot, with whom he later entered the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. 
As early as 1955, Jean Criton’s work was exhibited by the art dealer Paul Antonini on rue de Miromesnil. In 1961, his discovery of Francis Bacon led him to return for a time to figuration and the human figure. That same year, he was invited by Pierre Restany to take part in the second Paris Biennale along with Martial Raysse, and two years later he was the prize-winner. 
Jean Criton's work is powerful, inspired and, above all, in perpetual renewal. A great draughtsman, the artist also uses acrylic, charcoal, ink, gouache and even eraser with great nimbleness.
His works have been displayed in numerous exhibitions and are to be found in many public collections, including the Fonds National d'Art Contemporain and the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris.
